I've designed the 4-2-1 Challenge to give you structure without burnout — it's a smart way to train without trying to do everything every day.


In case you don't already know me, I’m Julie Zoril, founder of ZoYoga Fitness & Nutrition and a 57-year-old coach who has spent years helping women over 40 build strong, confident bodies in a way that actually fits real life.


I am excited to bring you this challenge and it's evidence-based programming to build muscle, improve cardio fitness, and keep you moving well.


Why 4-2-1 Works 🧠


One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking more is better — more workouts, more intensity, more exhaustion.


In reality, the best results come from balanced, repeatable training that supports your hormones, your joints, and your nervous system.


The structure of this program uses varied training to build strength and cardiovascular fitness at the same time, while reducing the risk of overuse, burnout, and plateaus.


Each block blends strength, cardio, and mobility so all the systems in your body are trained together instead of competing with each other. That balance is what allows you to keep showing up, recover well, and continue making progress week after week.


What’s Included 📅


You’ll have access to a full schedule of live Zoom classes built around the 4-2-1 format.


You'll also have access to an online course of recorded classes so you can mix and match live and recorded workouts to fit your schedule.


Whether you take the class live or on-demand, you mark it Complete in the course — this is how we combine structure with flexibility, and it works beautifully.


Your workouts include upper body strength, lower body strength, Pilates Barre Fusion, Cardio Burst, and Mobility Yoga, all programmed to work together.


You’ll also have access to a private online group, a booking calendar, optional app access, and a way to track your blocks and celebrate your consistency as you go.


How the Challenge Works 🔁


The 4-2-1 Challenge runs for nine weeks.


At the beginning, you choose how many 4-2-1 blocks you want to complete. Some women might aim for three or four blocks. Others may go for all nine. There is no right number — the goal is to choose what fits your life, energy, and goals so you can stay consistent without burning out.

Is this too much exercise for me?No. The 4-2-1 format is designed to prevent overtraining. Rotating strength, cardio, and mobility helps your body build fitness without being pushed the same way every day.


What if I miss live classes?Every class is recorded and added to the course so you can work out whenever it fits your schedule.


Can beginners join?Absolutely. Every class includes options for all fitness levels.


How long do I have access to the workouts?You have access to all recordings as long as you have your ZoYoga Fitness membership.


What if I’m traveling or busy?That’s exactly why this program works. You can stream workouts anywhere or pick up where you left off when you return.
